This week’s Small Group Leader TIPS focus on ideas for building authentic community.

Monday, 3/7: Small Group Sleepover – Spend the night together at someone’s house, playing games, talking, etc.

Tuesday, 3/8: Plan a weekend trip, i.e. camping. You’ll build community in both the planning and the w/e together.

Wednesday, 3/9: Allow extended, purposefully unpurposed time after the meeting for ppl to linger and connect.

Thursday, 3/10: Plan same-gender retreats for fun, bldg community, and spir growth. Couples take turns so mates care for kids.

Friday, 3/11:  Plan a service project your whole group can do together. e.g. Habitat for Humanity:
