Small Group Leadership TIPS of the past week as Tweeted, posted on the Small Group Leadership Facebook page, and posted on LinkedIn.

*     *     *     *     *     *     *
Monday, 11/30: Be (way) more concerned about how much people change than how much they know. Prepare accordingly.

Tuesday, 12/1:  If you’re hosting, facilitating, shepherding, emailing, + discipling… you’re not sharing or effectively leading.

Wednesday, 12/2: Include the kids in meetings as much as possible. Start with prayer time. You’ll be amazed.

Thursday, 12/3: Start and end the meeting on time, but spend lots of time together b4 and after.

Friday, 12/4: Treat your group as friends and family and they will be. #authentic #community

Michael Mack has led Small Group Leadership full-time since 2012, but has been involved in small group ministry for more than 25 years.

He lives in Pewee Valley, Kentucky (just outside Louisville), with his wife Heidi. Their family small group, which includes their four young adult children, has much potential (and much anticipation) for future growth and multiplication. Michael enjoys mountain and road biking with a group of great friends who participate together in various charity rides.
