Monday, 11/30: Be (way) more concerned about how much people change than how much they know. Prepare accordingly.
Tuesday, 12/1: If you’re hosting, facilitating, shepherding, emailing, + discipling… you’re not sharing or effectively leading.
Wednesday, 12/2: Include the kids in meetings as much as possible. Start with prayer time. You’ll be amazed.
Thursday, 12/3: Start and end the meeting on time, but spend lots of time together b4 and after.
Friday, 12/4: Treat your group as friends and family and they will be. #authentic #community
